Our mission

We exist to make it easier for people in Cambodia to find work, find help, build real-world skills, and participate in a low-friction, trust-based marketplace.

Many Cambodians — especially students, provincial workers, returning overseas workers, and informal laborers — face unemployment, underemployment, or inconsistent income. Quester Circle turns informal work into a structured, trusted, and measurable system where completed work creates portable reputation.

What we're building

Quester Circle is not a job board, gig app, or simple task listing site. It is a real-world RPG-style progression ecosystem: users complete quests, gain experience points, level up, earn badge ranks, build skill profiles, and grow their reputation over time.

Just as in a role-playing game — but with real work and real pay:

• Questers complete real-world tasks and earn XP for every completed quest.
• Creators post quests and pay Questers directly.
• Ratings, skill history, and rank determine opportunity access.
• Agents help activate users and bridge online and offline communities.

How it works

A Quest Creator posts a task — anything from fixing an air conditioner and delivering groceries to providing temporary hotel support or administrative work. The quest goes through admin review, then opens to verified Questers who apply. The Creator reviews profiles and selects a Quester. Work is completed, payment flows directly between parties, and Quester Circle charges a 10% platform fee on the completed reward.

Every completed quest contributes to the Quester's XP, rating, and rank — moving them from Apprentice toward Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Master, and Legend.

Why Cambodia

Cambodia has high mobile adoption, widespread Telegram usage, and a service economy where most work discovery still happens through Facebook posts, Telegram groups, and word-of-mouth. These informal networks help people discover opportunities, but they lack structured workflow, payment accountability, reputation systems, and portable work history.

Quester Circle is built specifically for this environment: integrating Telegram-first communication, supporting provincial growth, and enabling fast onboarding for users unfamiliar with online platforms. We are also intentionally designed for Gen Z and digitally native users who are drawn to gamified systems, progression mechanics, and real-world experience building.
