Looking for COO

Looking for a COO (Chief Operating Officer) to assist with Quester Circle operations, growth, and community onboarding. Quester Circle is a Cambodia-focused platform designed to connect people and businesses with individuals looking for real-world work, tasks, gigs, experience, and opportunities through a gamified “quest” system. The role will include: * Working 4 hours at the office assisting with operations and onboarding * Working 4 hours on outreach and promotion to businesses and individuals * Onboarding questers, creators, agents, and student ambassadors * Training quester agents, creator agents, and student ambassadors on how to use and promote the platform * Creating social media content to help promote the platform * Helping users understand and use the platform * Assisting with community growth and user engagement * Supporting general administrative and operational tasks The COO may also use their own agent referral system to onboard users and businesses and earn separate commissions based on successful referrals and completed quests. Ideal candidates may have: * Good communication and leadership skills * Basic computer and social media knowledge * Social media/content creation skills * Interest in startups, technology, or community building * Ability to interact professionally with businesses and users Flexible and growth-oriented opportunity with potential for long-term involvement as the platform expands.
